Hi. Can anyone here recommend cheapest one-way flights from New York to Bangkok? We're looking to pay not more than $600 per person.

UPDATE:

Got the one for $590 recommended by Phil Anders . Thank you!

P.S. - It's for my daughter who has a Thai visa and a re-entry permit.

you do realize there is a good chance you will have to show onward travel to be admitted into Thailand right? It's possible the airline won't let you board with a one way. Have you considered that?

Depending on what visa you have or none at all there’s a chance your airline will not let you board with a one way ticket

That's another good point.

A one-way flight isn't much cheaper than a two-way because it makes scheduling more difficult for an airline.

US$600 all the way from New York in post Covid times? You're dreaming. You'll be doing well if you can score a US$600 ticket to Europe at the moment. Even one way.

@Paul ******
That's simply not true. $585 with Air India May 3rd. JFK-BKK.

Kayak app is useful because it'll show you cheaper dates v more expensive on a calendar

Fly on May 3rd! You'll get your price. Air India Coach-- that'll be lovely I'm sure. 🙃 555

Skyscanner, but you need to set a date first

Use Google flights or Skyscanner to show routes and times. You may find other nearby places such as Singapore or Kuala Lumpur cheaper and buy an inexpensive local flight.

My guess is you’re around $200 short on your budget though.

Aha I see. Ok it is a one way flight but still.

Only US$200 short? Probably much more than that. Flights during these post Covid times are way more expensive than previously.

When I searched I saw a few for 30k. Obviously random dates as op didn’t specify when.
