TLDR : Answer Summary
If you own a condo in Thailand and need to pay your land tax, the process is fairly straightforward. Most people have successfully paid using the QR code found on the tax bill, without the need for additional documents. If you miss the payment deadline, you may need to visit your district office to settle the tax. For specific inquiries or further assistance, it's advisable to check with your condo office, as they can guide you to the correct location for payment.

hehe yes, but they are charging us a tiny portion for the bit of land the building is sitting on.

Luckily it's very reasonable fees usually :) unlike our home countries.

There's a QR code on the bill.

You can just pay. No need to go to the office no need any extra docs.

In case you miss the due date, you have to go to your district office.

I see with PEA that they invoice us and their QR code only becomes valid after 2 or 3 days.

Ask at your condo office. They will know which office you visit to pay
