TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a 5-year Thai driving license while living in Pattaya, you need to provide similar documents as those required for your existing 2-year license. This includes your passport, a medical certificate, and if applicable, your work permit. Additionally, you will need a certificate of residence from immigration. The duration of ownership of the license will also play a role in qualifying for a longer license.

If you have a work permit, show that. Without the certificate of residence at immigration, passport, medical certificate and driving license.

Same as your 2 year one
