TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the application for checking in at their condo in Thailand to avoid visiting the immigration office. The conversation revealed that the registration must be done through the TM30 website before using the service. Several comments emphasized the importance of registering ahead of time and recommended using the Chrome browser for better functionality.

multiple people individual condo owners have reported being accepted already.

But the system was completely down for a while yesterday and many people are also getting stuck in a loop and have to try multiple different browsers before they're actually able to proceed.
