did you need to add any attachments? The website says:Attached file Document
1. Business license or signed copy business registration confirmation

multiple people individual condo owners have reported being accepted already. But the system was completely down for a while yesterday and many people are also getting stuck in a loop and have to try multiple different browsers before they're actually able to proceed.
