Can someone give me the prefix to ring the uk on a cheaper rate. I used it before but have forgotten it now.

If you have an I phone and the person you are calling has an I phone than you can call by FaceTime and it is a free call

Use a VOIP service like Voipcheap dot com and after adding like $10 credit you get free calls to landlines in most western countries and cheaper than Skype calls to mobiles.

If you use True it's 006 and/or
