there's NO in person visits with the Thai Embassy or Consulate in the USA 🇺🇸. That ended when the Thai Evisa online application system took effect a year ago. The ONLY time you might have to visit the Thai Embassy or Consulate is... IF you are invited for a personal interview. However we have not seen that happening in the USA. It does happen in other countries, especially in SE Asia.

You should be fine with 3 MONTHS of bank account STATEMENTS and a balance of US $16,000 OR MORE... on the third statement...At the Los Angeles Thai Consulate.

It's to show PROOF of your having the 800,000 Thai baht on deposit in your Thai bank for the 2 full months before the current ending date of your one year extension of stay,
...and kept at the 800,000 Thai baht balance for 3 months after you receive the one year extension of stay STAMP in your passport.
Otherwise, the bank account balance must be at least 400,000 Thai baht for all other months.
You should not have a problem entering Thailand as Visa Exempt Entry. Getting 60 days on arrival Plus one 30 day extension of stay at your local Thai Immigration office for 1900 Thai baht.
A border bounce will get you another 60 days STAMP on arrival Plus one 30 day extension.
Your day of arrival into Thailand counts as Day #1.
Have the address of where you will be staying during the first week of your stay in Thailand.
Have a ticket departing Thailand within the 90 days from your date of arrival to show...if asked...by your airline on airport check-in and on arrival into Thailand with Thai Immigration Officers.
