So trying to clarify. Going to immigration tomorrow for my visa exempt to Non O. Then 9p days later for Non o for marriage.
For this Non O. The information person at immigration said our two witnesses need to come in person. Which I've never had to do prior or heard of. Is this correct? I don't want our two witnesses to have to drive the almost 2 hour drive for no reason.
Hi Guys! Anyone here who done extension of 180 days in Thailand without leaving the country recently? My first 180 days on that visa is about to end. So I wonder what is required to extend it here in Thailand? Do I have to update dates on the employment letter? I heard that they are asking for Thai bank account statement? Is it true? Thank you!
I want to apply for 30 day extension beyond my first 60 days here. I need to have my next host file a TM30 for me so I can get my extension approved by immigration office.
However, if the host does not file it for me, can I just bring proof of domicile (receipt with info) to the immigration office or does the host actually have to tile the form online for them to see it and approve me when I come in?
Applying for a 1 year non o extension based on marriage. Just wondering if I can go to the bank a few days before to get the letter and update the bank book on day of application?
Hello everybody, just entered Thailand with a 90 days Non immigrant O based on marriage, in how many days should I go to immigration to apply for the 1 year extension? Thank you 🙏
Regarding a residency certificate I understand that the first 90 day report must have been completed, before applying. Yet I read on various expat posts that immigration are accepting just the TM30, passport, visa, etc, without the TM47. Is this now the case and is it written somewhere official?
