90 day report question: I'm moving to a new province 2 weeks before my 90-day report is due. I'm assuming I just go to the immigration office in my new province? And I should do this as soon as I move?
I'm currently living in Bangkok on a Non-O, Retirement Visa (800k in bank). I recently changed condo addresses in Bangkok. When the new landlord does my TM30 (for new condo address), will this satisfy all "change of address" requirements for Bangkok Immigration? Do I still need to visit Chaengwattana to file a TM28 or does the new TM30 handle my new change of address? I just didn't know if I needed to do anything else outside of the TM30? Thanks.
Hi I'm moving from my condo to a house in a couple of day's, Is it the TM27 form I need to complete in person and is there anything else required for me to do or pay etc ?
Hello and first thank-you for all the team working to support this site .. great work!
My question, I am currently on an OA retirement visa extension ( expires Aug 24). I am currently living on Koh Samui but soon will be moving full time up north and so to another province . Am I correct in saying I only have to ensure a new TM30 address is filed ASAP. I do not need to inform Samui immigration locally of my departure ?
Could you please advise what I'll need to show in a different province for 90 day report. I've just moved from Chonburi to Buriram, my 90 days were up yesterday. I'm aware I can report up to 7 days late .
We move from Pattaya to Rayong 1.august. My 90 days expire end of August. Is it OK to do the 90 days Report this day or must I go before to Rayong Immigration because the Adress has changed??? ( TM 30 will be done)
I got my first one year marriage extension and I have a tm30 receipt from Bangkok.
I recently moved to Petchabun and would like to update my tm30 to local address here. My Thai wife has taken an apartment for rent so the rent agreement is in her name not in my name. I am of course living here though.
So my question is in this case since I don’t the agreement in my name, do I still need the copy of Tabian Baan and ID of original landlord? Or in this case since I am living in my wife’s rented apartment, only her ID would be needed?
I have just moved home and my new landlord has filed a TM30.
Do I need to do anything else at immigration (Chaengwattana) before I can renew my O visa extension of stay (based on retirement)? I will take the new rental contract and map along with the usual documents for the extension of stay process.
Google searches have been confusing about the need for a TM28 and have even suggested that you may need a signed copy of the landlord’s owner blue book.
