 If they have the paperwork, ok. But that was his question.

And 20.000 bath from Phuket to do a borderrun? Phuket or kpg - Malaysia is cheap with bus/boat (less than 2k).

Anyway, its his choice!

Not true. Stay longer then 180 day's and you need to pay tax.
