maybe some people are experiencing this but I certainly am not this has been the most frustrating protest I have ever been involved in I have been probably 40 hours and many attempts and I'm doing it right but their software is garbage
There are a couple of issues with Luma that I have found number one is that if you need to change the dates of your insurance you can only change the start date you cannot change the end date if you want to change the end date you have to cancel your insurance and wait up to 30 days for a refund and you have to purchase new insurance
The second issue is I believe it only covers you once you land in Thailand so you're not covered on your trip to Thailand or your trip home that can be an issue if your home country test you upon return or any airport test you and quarantined you en route
air Asiana cancelled my flight into Phuket on January 7th unfortunately I could not get replacement flights into Phuket so now I had to cancel my air tickets and wait for a refund as well I have to now fly into Bangkok so I have to cancel my hotel in Phuket and my insurance
I had booked my travel insurance through Luma I was very disappointed because my departure date from Thailand changed and they would not make that change on their policy they say I have to cancel my policy wait 30 days for a refund but purchase a new policy in the meantime
Very disappointing customer service so I cancelled my Luma policy and I booked with a Canadian Insurance Company
So this hotel has test and go for $45 Canadian and which is just 1100 or so Thai baht are you saying that for 1100 bhat they are going to do the full test and go
