Nobody ever touch edreams either paid £408 for flight in September then told me my flight with Qatar airways was not confirmed charged me another £236 pounds to get e-ticket I came in November 10th then when I contacted them again about another issue they told me my flight Manchester to Doha then Doha to Bangkok was not allowed and I would have to book a direct flight from Heathrow costing £678 total bull shit they tried to scam me for sure and want reporting for this and people need to be vigilant iff booking with edreams I arrived no issues they said I would get that money back £236 in 10 to 14 weeks somehow I can’t see it disgusting they want striking off shame on theme

not any more they run regularly. Of course they have cancelled many flights just like all airlines but now there is a schedule

I had Thai Smile cancel my flight and so I had to rebook with another airline, get a new hotel confirmation, and get a new Thai Pass. What a huge pain in the ass. Still waiting on a refund from Thai Smile. I hope it doesn't happen again!

air Asiana cancelled my flight into Phuket on January 7th unfortunately I could not get replacement flights into Phuket so now I had to cancel my air tickets and wait for a refund as well I have to now fly into Bangkok so I have to cancel my hotel in Phuket and my insurance

I had booked my travel insurance through Luma I was very disappointed because my departure date from Thailand changed and they would not make that change on their policy they say I have to cancel my policy wait 30 days for a refund but purchase a new policy in the meantime

Very disappointing customer service so I cancelled my Luma policy and I booked with a Canadian Insurance Company

Myron Odermatt, this is the main reason I am waiting till next year to go back. Everything needs to calm down before I will try. Haven't seen my Thai family close to two years.
