There are a couple of issues with Luma that I have found number one is that if you need to change the dates of your insurance you can only change the start date you cannot change the end date if you want to change the end date you have to cancel your insurance and wait up to 30 days for a refund and you have to purchase new insurance
The second issue is I believe it only covers you once you land in Thailand so you're not covered on your trip to Thailand or your trip home that can be an issue if your home country test you upon return or any airport test you and quarantined you en route
