Hi! What is the current processing time in Laos? Is there a way to find out before applying? We can delay our exit out of Laos, but not by weeks so I am wondering if it makes sense to apply now.

Got approval today for my Non O 90 day visa , yay. However it’s starts today and I’m not flying out till the 22/4. I put the departure date in the application so it seems they gave short changed me. Is that typical scenario and is there a way to get those days back.

does anybody know how long after completing the Visa application through the Thai Visa website, you receive acceptance or rejection of your application? I just completed mine and the status shows " pending document check".

Searched the group for a definitive answer but hit and miss.

Question:

Applying as a family of four. Have the 500k no problem, I’ll be working offshore and a good steady income of approx 100k GBP per year. So with that said, do I have to have another 500k available for each of the other 3 persons? Letter of the law says yes, I’ve seen others say on here no. Will be applying from within the UK.

Would love to hear people’s opinions on this.

Once you are issued a DTV is there a period of time that you have before you use it or does the five years start from the moment it’s issued or is it when you first use it thanks

I would like to apply for a DTV visa soft power in Hanoi. Like other places, do I need to prove that I have maintained a balance of 500,000 baht for three consecutive months at the Thai Embassy in Hanoi? Or do I just need to prove that I had a balance of 500,000 baht or more at the beginning of each month?
