What information should I provide for the seat number on the T8 form when entering Thailand?
On the T8 form where it asks you from and two and the seat number is that on the last flight into Thailand

Normally they give you the T8 when you are in transit . ( well they did for me in Singapore before I arrived to BKK)

What if that seat number isn't applied until the airline assigns it the day of take off

you filled out the T8 while you are on your last leg of your flight .That's the point of the T8 .
