I have applied for a TR 60 Visa in Canada but the Vancouver consulate has requesting that I send them the latest declaration form  and I'm not sure which one it is I am attaching  one that I found can somebody tell me if it is the correct form because the other form I found is quite different

That's good confirmation. The "declaration form" I filled out for my TR last year was very very different. But I think it might have been a Covid thing. So maybe this is actually what they are asking for.

There should have been a link to the form they are asking for within the application. IF you don't have it, then ask them for it.

Thanks I can't go back into my my Visa application because it's submitted I can try to fill out a new one to see if it gives me a link but thank you for that information
