TLDR : Answer Summary
Users often experience a warning message regarding photo requirements when applying for a Visa TR60 in Canada, but many have successfully obtained their visas despite this warning. Recommendations include following the provided guidelines, using different photo backgrounds, and considering alternative formats if the photo does not meet specifications. Some users suggest that if the application proceeds despite the warning, the system may still accept the submission. Links to additional resources from the Thai embassy are also available for further assistance.
I got the same message yet my visa was approved....follow their guidelines. Im sure its at the discretion of whoever processing. Adds a bit more stress to the process
I just dealt with this two weeks ago for same visa.
It’s the Thai site, not your country. Had nightmare w that system. If you’re photos don’t meet requirements, it still lets you “ apply” but you can’t pay.
The Thai embassy in Oslo has a really good guide in English. It helped a lot. Plus I also put all other data and photos in as PDF.
Worked out fine. Sadly there is no “ help” with the online application.
Thanks the suggestion is that if they rejected they would reject the Visa and I would have to reapply with the new fee so I just wanted to be sure so I didn't waste time and money
