Nope... stay in Cambodia UNTIL you have the decision from the Thai Embassy on your DTV Visa Application.

Thank You for your helpful report 👍

Congratulations 👏👏👏

PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.

That's what you should do... print it out.

You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.

Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.

@Idan *******
no proof of your departure is required on arrival into Thailand.

Anonymous participant THIS is Thailand. Highly unlikely to see a link to the answer that you are seeking. Experiences of many DTV visa holders are on the forum, and the recent request to show 20,000 Thai baht at the Chiang Mai Thai Immigration arrival appears to be a sole Chiang Mai arrival report. As suggested, have available if asked, a copy of the documents used in your application for the DTV visa.

Suggest you ask your airline to confirm no departure ticket required to get you the boarding pass to fly to Thailand.
James ********
No flight ✈️ departing Thailand required by Thai Immigration with the DTV visa.

Be patient and STAY in Vietnam until the decision is known. Best Wishes for success 🤞🤞
