hello! The first step was getting an affadavit from our embassy to verify that we were married - written statement literally saying “i ______, and married to _____. The purpose of this document is to attain my marriage visa,” signed by a U.S. Embassy officer, and then translated to Thai and stamped by the MFA. Since my husband is Thai we also had it registered in the country but I do not believe if you’re not Thai you would need to do that. In what country were you married?

thank you! I’m asking for a friend. She is applying for the QR code for her son but it’s asking for his vaccine card or pcr test. Should she just put her vaccine card then due to his age?

I advise Doing the translation and marriage registration at the LA Consulate if you can, as opposed to waiting to translate and certify docs here. We were married in Nevada and I got a Non-O through LA Consulate but now as I’m trying to extend I had to go through several steps to get it registered in the system
