Hi im currently in thailand just got here last week on my dtv visa for the 180 days stamp whoo. However I keep saying people talk about a 90 day check in. My dtv visa comes from being a digital nomad am i required to do a 90 days check in? As I'm unaware of this
Hi. I’ve nearly been here 90’days on my DTV visa. I tried to register the 90 day report online. But the first time you need to go in person to your local immigration.
Could you tell me what I need to take with me. I’m in Phuket RAWAI also which part of the immigration do I attend. Any help would be great.
I did my first 90 day check in online and approved in same day. Didn't have to do the first one in person. Wife sent me a link today saying I could. Well it worked
On a 1 year extension, for a Non O retirement visa, set to expire on April 13th, 2025. Came back into Thailand on Jan 16th, 2025. Needed a certificate of residency (to obtain a Thai DL), and received that certificate on Feb 25th.
Then I just renewed my visa with another 1 year extension, on March 6th, which was dated as valid until April 13, 2026.
So, I’m unsure about when my next 90 day check in is required. Is it 90 days after the last time I entered the country (90 days from Jan 16th)?
Or did the certificate of residency, effectively create a 90 day check in. And therefore my next 90 day would be due 90 days after February 25th?
Or is my next 90 day check in due 90 days after the start of my new visa extension (90 days from April 13th).
Has anyone done their 90 day check in Pattaya and if so what documents are required? I currently have a TM30 and understand I need to complete a TM47 on the day and show my passport. Any other important requirements?
HI. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I tried 90-day check-in online for the first time, and immediately got an e-mail saying: “We have received your information successfully” along with completed form for alien to report staying beyond 90 days. (O retirement.) So my question is: Is this process is now instant? (In the past I’ve seen people in this group saying they are waiting for approval.) Thanks!
