2nd you have up to 2 weeks after it expires to extend >> best of luck as ur going to need it

 US embassy gives no letter

and

OF course new passport has new number which needs be used for 90 day reports, tm 30, ur lease, bank accounts ( drivers license if u want to bother) etc etc

My New US passport took 41 days last oct/nov
