i did this recently at SCB it was easy some paperwork but less than whatI thought. I did not even need a resident certificate

no as my family runs quiet peaceful resorts in Thailand you see them trashing the place, fighting and disrespecting Thai. throwing bottles on the beach etc. It’s been a problem for many Thai businesses. And they do not go to National Parks and they do go bars all day. your comment make no sense
