TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expresses frustration over their Thai wife's delayed ThaiPass application, which hasn't been processed in over 48 hours despite receiving an instant email confirmation of submission. They seek assistance in finding contact details for support. Comments from other users provide various suggestions, including checking the application online, considering recent public holidays, and sharing email contacts for Thailand Pass inquiries. Some users report faster processing times, while others advise checking spam folders or the system status directly.
I applied yesterday for a flight next Saturday. Had the 3 qr codes ready. All smooth. Got an instant confirmation AND the Thai pass a few seconds later.
Tbh it's also the 4th time since December so I knew the drill

Also, remember if it needed any human checking it was Buddha's birthday Sunday so government offices closed Friday and Monday
Did the Thailand Pass with my friend who is coming next week. It was approved within 12 hours. We used the above step-by-step as reference and it was very useful. The most tedious page was on vaccination. She had to scan the same QR code three times as she already had three shots. Other than that, the rest was quite okay. There are a lot of photos to take and attach so it is better to do it in the day.
what's so confusing about it? The only people who are confused are the computer illiterate that can't save and send a file

Check your application online. Even tho you got an email confirmation the system can do strange things. I had same as you yet when I checked my application was not there and I had to reapply immediately. ๐ค๐ค

I heard they are talking about removing TP requirements for Thai nationals.

They should remove the pass for everyone at the same time. Nothing has been confirmed about when or even if the TP will be removed. It probably will be scrapped in the relatively near future, but let's see what they decide on Friday.
