TLDR : Answer Summary
The LTR visa application likely means 'at least' rather than 'last.' You can use insurance from your home country, provided it covers hospital expenses in Thailand. For those applying as wealthy pensioners, ensure your income meets the passive income requirement and be prepared to provide substantial evidence.

It's 'at least' and your home country insurance is accepted as long as it covers you for hospital in Thailand. If you apply as a wealthy pensioner, be aware that the income requirement, must be passive income, not salary and wages, They'll ask for alot of evidence.

Agreed. Lots of small grammatical errors in the application
