TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around whether May 10th is a holiday in Thailand, specifically referencing 'Happy Ploughing Day'. While some commenters affirm it's a holiday, others point out the lack of national holidays listed for that date. The discussions also highlight that schools are closed in Saraburi, indicating a regional observation of the holiday. The interaction touches on practical implications for the poster's plans to change their driving license.
yeah bc if immigration go to her house looking for me I don't live there anymore, if my I/d is not accurate it's not I/d, and why am I explaining myself to you?
I ask a fu@king simple question about holidays, JHFC.
I drive and my license has a wrong address which immigration messed up with my residence certificate and the girl there said didn’t matter wait for my next license and still have never showed my license for address purposes
same here, not once in 20 years have I ever used or been asked for my drivers license. Many Thais don’t even change the plates on their vehicles when they move from province to province, it cost money 😆😆
Exactly, it depends on your own circumstances, you don't know the OP's personal situation.
As I said I needed to do it last month as the Australian government requested I update the address on my licence to reflect my current address, so they could then issue my daughter's 1st passport. I now have her passport because I updated the address on my licence as advised.
No not exactly, the Australian Government asked for my address on my identification to be correct so they could issue my daughter's 1st Australian passport. Nothing about a pension.
