do you mean permanent residence or citizenship. if it's PR you have little chance as they only choose 100 from each country, whether it be monaco or usa

I use hsbc global money and them, first direct and starling have no fees

John Deeney I think NW charge 2.99% + the 220 baht thai bank charge, as does Barclays
