Whick bank will give you an account so you can transfer

Is anybody having trouble transferring money from the USA using wise. I setup a ACH transfer earlier which it states should take seconds. I get an email saying it may be up to 4 days. Just wondering how I go from just seconds to days.

Does anyone ever have a delays in wise payments . Ive been sending money for a long time using wise with no problems but today's payment is taking a long time it stated a delivery time when it reaches that time is changes to a later time has anyone experienced this ? Will my payment arrive to the recipient?

I will be retiring to Thailand next month. How is it best to transfer funds from a UK bank...Barclay..to a Thai bank account whilst in Thailand. My phone app doesn't offer the Thai baht as a currency to transfer..and I am not sure if I would be able to access my bank account online by computer. Is it best to go through an agency to transfer money ? What to do for the best. Any advice appreciated.

For the people in the group with access to Promptpay from Singapore. I have recently been enjoying better exchange rate with Promptpay compared to Wise. Only caveat is limit on amount which I think is 1000 SGD per day but it really is instant.

Any other service I missed worth exploring? I will not touch Revolout due to their staff management reviews and customer testimonials. Crypto is not on the table as well. ;)

Is it possible to open a Thai bank account from within the US?

Following the story of new option (12 monthly transfers) to confirm income from abroad for 4 nationalities, which embassies not issuing income letters anymore - is there any proven (already) transfer-bank combination which is confirmed as international transfers by local Bank? Wire is expensive, will the TransferWise to local bank "do the trick"? Or any other "transferwise" - like service which is recommended? TIA
