I am pretty much at the end of my rope for dealing with my current Accounting/Visa company, I'm getting frustrated. Does anyone have a solid recommendation in Phuket for a new agency?

I need an agency that can handle:

1) Thai Company monthly accounting/payroll

2) Non-B Business Visa (About to start year 2)

3) Work Permit (About to start year 2)

4) Thai Company Year-End accounting

5) Permanent Residence as soon as I'm eligible (Oct 2024?)

It's a real company but we are still in development so there's no revenue as of now.

Would appreciate help / suggestions. I am UK national in the final process of submitting my Permanent residence application, which includes an endorsed "clean UK criminal record". I already have the document, but the British Embassy confirm they will only endorse / verify a passport or drivers license. It has then been suggested to me that I need then to send this to the Thai Embassy in London, who can then endorse this document. Has any UK national recently applied for PR that can confirm the procedure for this. I know other embassies in Thailand will endorse this kind of document, but it seems for UK, the process is slightly different. Appreciate if anyone could share their experience.

Hello Addmis, I am holding a Non O-A Visa which expires on May 31st next year. I plan to fly home about 5 weeks to visit my mother. I am aware that I need a re-entry. Do I need to carry my health insurance policy to re-enter Thailand? I have a permanent place of residence that is also registered with immigration. my next 90 day report would be on August 9th. I would possibly fly on July 4th and come back on August 7th. Are other papers necessary? Thanks in advance for the team's help.

Just came back to petchabun after a few weeks in pattaya and bkk. Went to petchabun immi to do tm30 and the officer said there’s no need unless you’ve been out of country? She said it’s scrapped when traveling in country, is this right ? I’ve never seen that but she was adamant so what can I say. Maybe I’ve missed this. Can’t argue with immi officer

Hello everyone. Sorry but can people tell me what they added for proof of permanent residence in the country where the application is submitted? Is a passport sufficient? Thanks

Okay people this has NOTHING to do with anyone who has a VISA to stay here.

This is ONLY for permanent resident holders (AND if you have to ask what that is believe me you don't have it :O)

The rule once you get permanent residence is if you leave thailand you must return withing 365 days or you lose your permanent resident status

This announcement is only saying that IF people who hold PR are out of thailand and can't get back within a year from when they left they will not lose their PR status.

Does anyone know if there is a special Thai form “Fit to travel” required to get Certificate of Entry?

Is a Yellow Book proof for Certificate of Residence?
