Hey everyone, I have a UK passport, I work for a UK company, pay tax in UK, am registered to live and vote in the same address in UK as my bank account is registered at (one of my parent's house). Should I apply at the UK embassy? I am based variously around SE Asia. Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam usually. Is it better to apply in my home country or in the country I'm actually in? . Hi I am a British passport holder, I was in Thailand in March and they stamped my passport with a 60 day visa on arrival however I heard they are reducing this down to 30 days? Does anyone know if this is correct? I’m reading conflicting advice on gov UK and Thai embassy 🤷🏽‍♀️

First exit on a DTV on 28th February, spent 5 days in Istanbul and flew back into Phuket on 5th March. Landed at Phuket, IO stamped passport as soon as he saw DTV sticker. Not a single question asked. (UK passport holder)

Hi my daughter and her friend (UK passport holders) are going travelling in a few weeks and are unsure on whether they need to get a multiple entry visa for Thailand.

They are re-entering three times for an overall time of 27 days (7 day, then 2 days and then 18 days) to cover the north and south of Thailand but visiting other countries in between.

We found this on the Embassy (photo attached) but are unsure whether this would work for them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Hi. I am currently in Thailand on a extended tourist visa. When this expires I am thinking of heading out to Sydney, Australia, for about 4 weeks. Being from the Uk. And holding a British passport. Would I need to apply for a visa to enter for this length of time…

I was going to be going to Hanoi this Sunday to apply for the DTV there, but as Chinese new year is coming up and my planning is terrible I've probably left it to late.

And so I was thinking Manila as a 2nd choice but after some research I'm not sure I can apply in Manila.

I have attached a picture and 5c says I need a phillipines visa to apply, but I dont need a phillipines visa to enter the phillipines so I won't have one.

Has anyone applied from the phillipines?

I'm a uk passport holder.

Hi I have a uk passport and I'm flying to Thailand in February and plan to stay for just under 2 months.

I have a couple of questions.

Will I get granted a visa at arrival?

Would I be able to fly to Vietnam and come straight back in to Thailand within those 60 days or do I need to apply for a specific multiple entry visa?

I visited Thailand end of Sept 24 - beginning Dec 24. 60-day visa exempt + 30 extension. Flying back to Thailand 02 Jan 25 - end of March 25. Any problems envisaged with Thai Immigration at the airport? UK passport holder. Thanks, and apologies if this too basic a question for this group.
