Ok. So we have been going back and forth with the management company. They are saying that when we moved in we agreed we would not need the information. So they are adamant that we will not get the blue book or the ID of the owner.

How is this legal?

ya. My agent, wife and I have looked it over and the information needed isn’t in it. My visa agent is going to see if there is someway around it. But ya that’s definitely a plan c I guess haha.

the agent or the property manager? The rental agreement doesn't have that package of information. Just the basic clauses and my Thai wife and I signature.

I already have all of that done. The interpretation, translations etc. I didn’t think an agent could do the actual “wedding” part? Thought had to be done in person?
