I wrote to the Thai Embassy in Delhi about the DTV. They replied that they were only granting to Indian nationals. I could apply if I liked but would most likely be declined

It was 50 baht last Monday. I may have paid 500 before but dont have a clear recollection as I was processing other documents also. Maybe depends on what you require it for

TM30, photocopy of

pages from passport with relevant visa and entry stamps stamps and photo page. 1 photograph for Id.. Maybe a form which is available there. If you are not sure ask a volunteer when you arrive. You can photocopy there.
