TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, Air Asia operates flights to Hua Hin, but only from Chiang Mai. Other transport options include taxi or bus rides from Bangkok, which take approximately 2-4 hours depending on traffic.

Private jets fly there all the time. Just try to get a lift with one on UberJet
The only airline flying to Hua Hin is air Asia. And from one destination only. CNX.

If you know how to get around in Bangkok, take the train from Bang Sue Train Station. Go by 3rd class train and carriage mostly empty. Just 87 Baht for less than 4 hours.
ok so I was wrong. It doesn’t look like it’s easy to fly into there without having to do a stop in chiang mai which doesn’t even make sense. Saw the train from Bangkok is 3 hours though.

Booked Thai airways Heathrow to BK and onward to Chiang Mai
I booked a flight from London to Chiang Mai with Thai Airways and was thinking of going direct to Hua Hin and tried to change the flight and realised there weren’t any flights.
I will stick with my original plan and take a trip down to Hua Hin.
