Hi wanted to mention Quees Victoria Inn on Soi 6 did a great job yesterday orchestrating a quick visa run to Penom Phen Cambodia for a quick in and out exchanging my tourist visa stamp to my new DTV one that got approved almost two months ago. I'm sure some could have figured out how to drive themselves there, but I was more concerned with not wanting to spend a night or more there if I didn't have to. Queen Vic got 7 of us there and back by 2:49pm comfortably. It seemed like the first time the Immigration lady saw a DTV printed out as she asked me how much I had to pay for it.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user reports a successful and efficient visa run organized by Queen Victoria Inn in Pattaya to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where they exchanged their tourist visa stamp for a new DTV visa. Commenters inquire about the necessity of going to Phnom Penh versus other options like Poipet, as well as how the user got their visa approved. A mention of another individual completing a run from a different location highlights the accessibility of visa runs in the area.

Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia. It is about a six-eight hour drive from Phnom Penh to the border with Thailand. It is basically on the other side of Cambodia, much closer to the Vietnam border.
