There was a law they were going to change which required for everything to be printed not sure if that was changed. But yes ground level as well we bought a flat on friday and all supposed to be digital and online now, even big poster in front of land office but we had already made copies of everything and yep of course they wanted copies

What happened to immigration going digital 5555. That was big campaign in early 2020.

Most places in Phuket are furnished, if not check out IKEA website get rough idea of costs of things. Rawai sounds like an area for you no cinema though but can get bus ride into town

Only if you come from a country on yellow fever list. I clarified it with officer when i came in last week. You fill the form it asks for origin of travel and then the flight you entered Thailand. Then you go to the desk and they double check your certification and record your seat number in case any outbreak. BUT only if yoir original flight is from a country on that list

You can still get the OX visa in Australia i believe that will give you 10 years of in and out and no need to deposit any money in Thai Bank account

Its still apparently a lot easier than getting a Non B. In my province Samat Sakorn was relatively painless getting marriage visa only real difference is the home visit, which was rather strange as one of immigration officers lives down the street, also having to bring neighbour but thats Sister in law as houses on family land
