ya. That's why if you only transfer smaller amounts and pay the payments for building. You are never transferring "to much". But if he's building a home the money is sunk into the home anyway.
So i can see all the negative Nancy's are jumping in. Haha. But as for transfers. I would try to stay under 10k USD transfers. If you do, they aren't flagged in the US and I don't believe they are in Thailand. Plus the transfer time goes way up if you do any longer. At least from my experience. Most builder's set up "payment plans" which i would recommend. And makes it easier for small transfers too
ya. This was a while ago. The funny part though was some Russian dude in front of me had like 15 border bounce stamps and the IO was not having it. But after going into the office. He was allowed back in haha.
Hm must have went on an off month or something. Because everyone the day we went was denied and the week i posted it, i had numerous other people say they had the same thing happen.
