What are the health declaration requirements for entering Thailand?
THIM and TDAC notice
Need a clearer THIM and TDAC explanation? Read the THIM guide on thim.in.th.
TDAC, I understand all the requirements except for the health declaration???
Please advise.

Answer summary
The health declaration is relevant only if you are traveling from a country that requires a yellow fever vaccine. If you are not coming from one of those countries, you do not need to fill out the health declaration form. When required, the process involves filling out a form that includes your travel origin and details about your flight into Thailand. It's essential to consult the official Thai immigration website for accurate information.

Are you in, or travelling from, one of the countries that are flagged for yellow fever? If not, then you don't put anything because it's irrelevant to you. Make sure you're on the Thai official page for the free arrival card.

Only if you come from a country on yellow fever list. I clarified it with officer when i came in last week. You fill the form it asks for origin of travel and then the flight you entered Thailand. Then you go to the desk and they double check your certification and record your seat number in case any outbreak. BUT only if yoir original flight is from a country on that list

thank you very much, I haven’t opened up an account as we are going in late November and I like to know what I am getting into before I get all stressed out.

crikey if filling in a TDAC is stressful then I wouldn't come to thailand. Just go with the flow and dont worry, when you do fill it out just fill in the details that are mandatory those with an *. Ignore the rest

This is just the digital version of the old TM6 arrival card. Did that card stress you out?Michael ********
@Richard *****
Dont travel much then, its 100 times less stressful than getting into the StaesBrandon ************
Unless you're coming from a country that requires a yellow fever vaccine or some other health requirement, that part doesn't apply to you.
