Go home ASAP. You can get a new passport in UK in a few hours with fast track. 19 and dumb we all have made stupid mistakes that age but if he is with his father suely should be someone with sense.

Go before get picked up and get in a whole heap of trouble

 Are you sure as i just put my point of origin as Congo as i know i have to submit Yellow fever details but my last flight is from Singapore. If i put Singapore it doesnt give me option to upload yellow fever certification

I used Express translation in Bangkok to do translation and submission of documents. Very efficient, made sure name was done correctly which is important if you have any other goverment paperwork later on
