Unless you have Malaysian residency, you cannot apply there for an O-A visa.

Wherever you apply for it, you need residency.

And no, agents cannot enter there either.

On the plus side,Penang Turf club is the best casino in Penang

immigration won't deal with you.

You need an immigration lawyer that has contacts.

Jesus Christ! It's nothing to do directly with any check in desk.

ALL Airlines send a manifest of passengers and details to ALL countries that the plane is flying too.

They then receive a notice back saying board or not too board.

If they say not to board a certain passenger, you're not boarding and that's the end of it.

If you think you have a case of wrong ID etc you need to speak with an immigration lawyer as immigration won't and don't deal with any old lawyer.

It's a problem that can take months to sort out.

Go read up on airlines and passenger manifests.

South Korea uses the Evisa system.

Unless you have residency or long term leave to remain in South Korea, you cannot apply there for any visa whatsoever.

It's the same for any country using the E visa system.

No residency or long term leave to remain, you cannot use the system or apply in those countries

You need to be aware that you cannot just ramp up and apply for a visa in Singapore.

First of the application is done online, then you turn the documents in.

They will then contact you to let you know when you can collect your passport.

unless any of them hold Chinese or Hong Kong passports or have long term leave to remain in Hong Kong, NONE of them can apply in Hong Kong for Thai visas as Hong Kong is Evisa application only.

that's correct.

Only those with a Japanese residency card OR are in Japan on military deployment can apply for any visa there.

Unless you have a volunteer visa 'Extension' you cannot 'switch' to anything.

It's even debatable if they will allow it from an extension right now.
