For anybody not aware. They have changed the URL for online TM30 reporting from today. You also need to re-register if you want to use it.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A recent update has changed the URL for online TM30 reporting, requiring users to re-register for access. While some users are still relying on the Section 38 app for property management, there are mixed experiences regarding the functionality of both the app and the new website. Key concerns include the submission of TM30 forms, whether landlords must submit these reports, and issues encountered with the new website during registration, such as document requirements.

Ok. I registered (again) on the new website address. For my new password etc.
Filled in the details on the excel form following their examples. It doesn’t ask for a lot of things but imports perfectly.
When you then do a search to check it has submitted ok it shows the details you filled in on the excel sheet to import but there are other sections there too, all BLANK.
Such as date of issue, type of visa (!!) expire date of stay???
Is this OK❓❓

Can anyone confirm that this is NOT working this morning ???
have a go - I registered my property with those docs in the section 38 app before I got my yellow book . It was accepted in the past but TIT things can unfortunately change
I was also registered and all working in the Section 38 app. So hopefully this will go through.

It is a job for your landlord. Unless you are your own landlord.

Can I use this to submit a TM30 for myself using my signed 1 year lease? Or does my landlord have to do it every time I come back into town after staying at a hotel.

My section38 app is still working but I also registered again online with new website today and got a confirmation email with different logon details … suppose I’m covering all bases 🤷♀️
did the app still work with the old log in details before you registered anew on the new website? I’m asking as I will return soon to Thailand. Thanks in advance
From some comments today that the app has been dropped from the Google and Apple stores for a while, but if you had it already it was working. No idea going forward if it will. Perhaps they’re going to replace it with an alternative, but as yet we’ve not heard.
I switched between the UK and Thai App Store and could not find the app anymore (I was checking for an update)
Currently my App works but it will be a huge pain if I have to re-register half a dozen properties again, with documents and files to upload again when I have already done so!
