I'd apply for another 30 day extension. This will be denied but give you a 7 day stamp to leave the country......I think 🤔

if you don't agree with a group, why are tou in it? 🤷‍♂️ There are extremely knowledgeable people here who do give the correct answers provided they have all the information. Then there are those that think they know, who should learn when they are corrected. You can still be listed as a director, but without the work permit you cannot work.

Sounds like your mixing up your visa is valid dates with you actually entry stamp. I'll assume its a tourist visa, which is valid for 90 days, meaning tou have to enter withing that time frame. You then get stamped in for 60 days which be extended 1 time for an additional 30 days.

If you're only staying 90 days at a time, why even go down the Non-O route?

immigration hasn't changed any seasoning rules. Bangkok Bank have changed their rules in relation to the banked money, as in freezing that sum for an additional amount of time. Rumour has if that it is to prevent agents lodging the funds to 'meet' requirements then withdrawing it again
