TLDR : Answer Summary
The TDAC, or Thailand Declaration Arrival Card, is simply an entry card that does not affect your visa eligibility. Based on user experiences, as long as you do not overstay and maintain a reasonable gap between your visits, you should not face issues re-entering Thailand on a TDAC. Regular tourist visa holders or those utilizing visa exemptions can re-enter as needed. However, if you're concerned about crossing borders frequently, applying for a tourist visa every few entries could help mitigate potential scrutiny at immigration.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

Jo Davies TDAC is an arrival card for each arrival, so if you plan to arrive in thailand you fill it in. . after vietnam you'll re-enter on visa exempt/no visa.

Lynnette Munoz when you come back from Vietnam. You need another DTAC and when you go through immigration it will be same as in March. You will get a new visa stamp for another 60 days.

TDAC is an arrival card nothing to do with visa. If you are worried just get a tourist visa

Why will it be refused.. you are not asking for a 30day extension .. why complicate things.. you can enter as many times as you like as long as you dont overstay and stay within the 60 day tourist visa which will be

30 day soon.. you cant apply for a 30 day extension more than once a year.. the second time is a 7 day extension. Other than that you free to travel 5 times a yr for 3 wk if that what you choose

David Cutajar there's no talk of the 60 day tourist visa being reduced from 60 days to 30 days. Entry without any visa is being rumoured to being reduced from 60 days back to its original 30 days

You sound like you are very much a tourist with minimal stays and with lots of time away from thailand. You should have no issue getting a 60 day visa exempt for your next trip. The TDAC is not connected at all to the visa process, it is thailands electronic version of the paper based entry card they used many years ago. So filling one in is just telling/ confirming you are arriving and where you are planning to stay ( at least for the first day or so) nothing more. A TDAC does not give you permission to enter

Where have you got the idea that the TDAC has something to do with this? It’s literally an arrival card.

They’ll never refuse a TDAC. you may get shit at immigration if going in and out. Long term. If this is your only history you’ll be fine. I get a tourist visa every third visit just to prevent questions. Your scenario should be fine

TDAC has nothing to do with it. TDAC is just an entry card. Literally everyone except Thai citizens have to do it. It has nothing to do with if you are allowed into Thailand or not.

If you have only gone for 4 weeks so far, then you shouldn't have any issue being admitted again as a tourist. Most people start to have issues entering if their entries are back to back, or once they get to around 150 days in Thailand during the last 12 months.
