Same as with other apps. You transfer all current apps to your new phone and login one time then all should be fine ✌🏻

 I used Google translation app. First I downloaded the app to my iPhone by scanning the QR code. Then I followed the prompts in the DLT app using my iPad to translate from Thai to English.

 yes because its by the DLT Department of Land Transport and they are the government office in-charge of issuing Thai driver’s licenses 👍🏻
