I opened a bank at Kasikorn Bank 3 weeks ago because of the locked account problems from Bangkok Bank, still locked by the way. Kasikorn Bank. I love the people are do nice my wise transfers from the usa go thru jn seconds Bangkok Bank was always the next day. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR SWITCH TO KASIKORN BANK, WHY STAY WITH BANGKOK BANK, LOOK AT THE WSY THEY HAVE TREATED YOU. THEY ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS THEY ARE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. BANGKOK BANK CREATEDTHUS PROBLEM NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS. BANGKOK BANK IS TO BLAME

Get rid of Bangkok Bank. Why allow a bank to freeze your account for weeks not giving you access to your own money. Why stay with that bank after this. You see how they sre treating their customers ... go to another bank ooen account and trabsfer your money when it's unlocked

kasikorn. I opened while dealing with bangkok bank. They are so friendly wise transactions from usa bank go thru instantly. Bangkok was always next day. Bangkok Bank is the worse. They allowed all of these people to oorn accounts and they are now locking them going on 3 weeks now. Very mismanaged bank. They day my account is unlocked will be the day i transfer my 1.2 million baht to kasikorn bank

im with you just opened an account at Kasikorn last Wednesday after waiting all day Tuesday at Bangkok Bank account still locked. The worse customer service ever...

I don't need to learn thai to be treated fairly. I transfer more money into my account on a monthly basis then the average person probably makes in 5 years.... so a comment like that is stupid. Because #1 I speak and understand thai........... this is a Bangkok bank issue not a Thai issue

alot of times it's not resolved I have been here 2 times this month and 1 a few months back for the same thing. With the amount of paperwork they make you fill out ,thru already have this information.

Bangkok of Bangkok is the worse when it comes to banking. I have been dealing with them for 2 weeks. They are very not willing to assist. I have waited 3 hours 1 day while thai citizens walk right in do not wait in line they walk to the rep at the bank she walks them to a desk......... get a different bank.
