There is no on the record limit for fly out/in per year, however expect TiT if you meet that one over zealous I/O at the airport….for land in the pre-covid world it was a maximum of 2 per calendar year which reset on 1 Jan, I’m not sure what the land crossing rules are in the post-covid world….
With you depositing a $100k month just buy your elite visa for ฿1 million baht for a 20 year visa…that’s chump change for a person depositing $100k a month
฿1,900 baht, 2 passport photos, TM30 and paperwork filled out and bring your passport with…good luck…in bkk you can do it anytime your 45 days for the extension
Bring your old passport and your new one to immigration, a tm30 form 2 passport pics, ฿1,900 baht, dress smartly and fill out the paperwork at the immigration office (pro tip make copies of paperwork) be relaxed because it could take all day to get the extension… you can bring your rental agreement, because more paperwork is always better needed and not used than needed and not have ….good luck
when it comes to visas yes the embassies/consulates give accurate information…you must be talking about the Royal Thai immigration that works on its own sets of rules and doesn’t care that a valid issued Thai visa in your passport is actually valid…they are two separate entities that don’t work well together…so that is a disconnect…many people have received the dreaded red stamp at the embassy and the immigration officer has stamped them into Thailand so it goes hand in hand
at least I give full information based off verbiage from the Thai embassy websites and I comprehend what people are asking from their OP while not making people fly all over the world to obtain a visa….
