why would they enter on the aus and not thai passport ?

Better luck than me, we tried to register again after not geting an email response only for it to say we are already registered. Called them and they said we must have done something wrong and to go there to show them !! 75Km! Surely they can log on to find our application and tell us whats happening/ No we have to drive 75km with a laptop to show them.
