TLDR : Answer Summary
The question asks whether a 23-year-old son can obtain a visa by tagging onto a parent’s Non O 1-year multi-entry visa. The consensus from comments indicates that this is not possible, as the visa rules specify that dependents must be under 20 years of age and not married. It is noted that the son could, however, potentially sponsor the parent for a visa under his own Non B visa.

the answer is 4. No, not possible. The other way around would be possible, your child can carry you on his Non B.
