Hi. Asking for a colleague. He is a Greek passport holder, currently has a SE Non B visa and was originally stamped in to feb 22.. He entered in November and left December and obtained a re entry permit to keep his Feb22 date valid. He now has to leave again and come back but has to work until Mach so he will go past the stay date of feb 22. Can he extend this in country in CW or easier to get new non b. Can you get a non b or renew within thailand?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Greek passport holder with a SE Non-B visa can extend his stay based on employment or apply for a new Non-B visa. He should visit the Immigration Office for requirements and leverage his employer for necessary documentation.
Visit the Immigration Office in the area, ask the hand out with the requirements and he can apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on working in Thailand. Or just ask his employer as the employer has to provide most of the documents and they are well aware if they can meet Immigration requirements or not.
Thanks. We do not have an employer but we do have all the supporting documents from a distributor that we used for initial visa so will ask them for same to extend. He only need it for 8 days :-)
He needs to get an extension of stay based on employment, OR another Non-B. Does he have a work permit? If he does NOT have a work permit, he should not be working - full stop.
The questions was about visa as this is a visa site and we constantly get told not to ask about other topics, but as you mention it, of course he has a work permit, valid until may.
