well I am sure there will be many people caught out and not let in and probably those issued before may struggle as it is up to immigration at end of day so better to arrange it to prevent issues.

for non O ME from savannakhet or HMC 12 months non o based on Married no proof of funds but have to leave every 90 days, extensions from within thailand is 90 day reporting

+1 as above as you will save on the insurance, only issue is 90 border bounce instead of 90 day reporting.

TBH it shpuld not matter where it comes from ffs. If it is transferred electronically it is unlikely to come from some backpacker teaching illegally setting up two accounts to transfer between lol
