ha still there jumping through hoops with the tm30. Now they say that i have to get a copy of the tm30 receipt they just issued to me, you could not make this up. They are OK and quite chatty and they thinks it's all quite funny :-) Good job my Mrs with me. Off for food and collect it 1:30 😁

That was original plan but the non stamped divorce doc of partner scuppered that plan so we are trying to get it legalised in UK and sent to us so looking at alternative just in case

many of the smaller offices won't or can't issue 90 day Non-O visas. Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Jomtien and a couple others can. Other offices will do it but you need more time on your current stamp because they send the paperwork to their regional head office for approval.

I'd say if you're after a Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai just go to Savannakhet Lao and get one..

Lots of documents later and a special postage stamp for tm30 😊 and I got it. Then thought good idea to ask what docs required for non o a as they show they do them, and I was told I can apply in Laos Vietnam or Cambodia!! I asked what about here and she said can go to Bangkok!!! Don't think I will be coming to this place again lol
