that's the information I got when I took my private pension when I was 55.then I got told couldn't claim rebate because it was the next tax year. Only going on what I was told

if you take a lump some pay your tax move abroad you can claim the tax that you paid if you are then a none tax paying uk resident

so what if you take your pension in a lump some pay your taxes on it move out of the uk and then make yourself a none tax paying citizen.

If you don't enter the uk for more than 90 days a year you can claim that tax back if you claim in the same year as long as you have no other interests paying you money

11 years ago we went into our local government office with 2 witnesses in chainart, with in a hour we had paper work and wife's ID card was changed in to married name
