The Bangkok post said it would be the airline’s responsibility to make sure the passengers of any aircraft is eligible to enter. That’s the law now and is the airline’s responsibility to send them back at their cost if not.

I went to immigration and they just did it as I came in on the new one but the idiot tried to say I needed a letter from my Embassy until another senior officer told her no and they just did it at Jontiem.

there was an American who is a tax lawyer giving a statement saying just because you live here over 180 days does not mean you have to do a return. This is a bit like the millennium bug scam. Many companies saying it will only cost 12k to do your return. When actually you don’t need to do one so be careful out there with the advise you get
